What happened:

This man appeared close behind me (about 3 metres distance) in the fast lane of the M40 at well over 70mph. He then undertook at higher speed, reaching between 110-120mph. I then over took him 10mins later as he had pulled into the slow lane to take a call on his mobile phone.

The idiot undertook and cut in behind me cutting up the driver behind. The other driver flashed him and he started braking hard. He then overtook me badly and weaved in and out of at least 10 other cars making the trafic brake hard. Complete TW4T!
