I was driving a 24seat PCV along the M65 west. At the end at Leyland/Lostock Hall the single lane slip runs off lane one and onto the A582.
As I entered the slip road two vehicles from lane two came across my bow, the second one, BK56 AYY, was nothing more than two feet clear. At this instant I sounded the vehicle horn. As I turned into the road where our depot is the van was two vehicles in front of me, it hadn't made much progress, and risked being rear ended by 5tons; if it had been a full sized vehicle of about 12tons, it could have been a longer story.

I was travelling through the lorry parking area of Charnock Richard Services(M6 North)with a white van close to my rear. As I made a signal to access lane one and doing 48mph, the van was even closer and the headlamps were flashing. I joined the Mway at 54mph and eased off at 58mph not being in any hurry. White van pulled out to overtake(no signal), as he came past he gestured with his fist then pulled sharply in front, I gave him three warning flashes on my headlamps to which he replied by braking and slowing to 28mph, the only safe thing for me to do was pull onto the hard shoulder to avoid a rear end. At this point the van was weaving quite noticeably and as I slowed to stop at a telephone the White van sped away. I reported the incident.

i finshed work late and as i was making my way home via my usual route..... a red nissan micra pulled immediately infront of me onto the main road..
i had to slam my emergency brakes on..!!!!!! the driver of the micra also stopped and began too give me abuse.. i don't know if he actually believed astho it was my fault (maybe it was due to the hat that he had on at an approximate 75 degree angle)..!!!
at first i felt intimidated due to his large physical prowess.. he must have weighed atleast 15 stone and was from an asian origin.. i tailed the car for about ten minutes and noted down his reg number..
do not and i repeat do not approach this guy as he looks very dangerous (i mean do not approach close to his car aswell as him as both are dangerous)..!!!
car looked astho it has been in a few accidents already and i have already notified the police.!!!!!

THE DRIVER 0F THE F0LL0WING VEHICLE WAS PAYING N0 ATTENIT0N AT ALL T0 THE R0AD AND WAS SWERVING EVERYWHERE.. UP0N THINKING THAT THINGS C0ULDN'T GET ANY W0RSE-AS THE DRIVER PASSED ME, I SEEN APPR0X 5 or 6 CHILDREN ST00D/SAT IN THE VEHICLE WITH0UT ANY APPR0PRIATE RESTRAINTS..
IF Y0U N0TICE THE DRIVER 0R VEHICLE, THEN I BELIEVE A G00D SLAP IS IN NEED F0R HIM..!!!!
